Entrepreneurship And Innovation
Innovation is mainly about having a different viewpoint than all other people and the determination to execute it. In fact, all entrepreneurs are innovative. |

Peter Drucker has rightly said that ‘innovation is the specific tool that entrepreneurs use to increase their capacity to create wealth.’ They have some exceptional qualities that motivate them to do something new, unusual and better. Some of them even take failures as a chance to strive harder. So, entrepreneurship and innovation are indispensable to make the world better.
Innovation is motivated by the knowledge that there may be more than one answer to a problem. For example, Sir James Dyson was motivated to use cyclonic technology to make a roller-ball vacuum cleaner when he was cleaning his house and the vacuum cleaner was getting blocked again and again. Then, he thought that there must be some better technology to design a superior vacuum cleaner and the result was the cyclonic suction Dyson vacuum cleaner. The most thoughtful and significant innovation and vision is the outcome of a purposeful idea or a strong reason.
Innovation is unlimited imagination about bringing some change to make the world more beautiful, more meaningful; about facing all challenges and reaching unattainable goals. Entrepreneurship also needs this unlimited and motivated imagination. See how a single company Microsoft’s determination changed millions of lives. Scores of Apple’s goods were inspired by Steve Jobs’ unusual ideas and his thinking that there may be some better options in place of ordinary and unattractive radios, computers and phones. Similarly Google’s search engine was discovered by the need to arrange all information and to make it available and helpful all across the world.
It is because of entrepreneurs’ guts to take challenge and seek new solutions that wheels, airplanes, and all other machines were discovered and helped the world to advance ahead. We can say that the will to discover new and better things and ways is the basic requirement for real entrepreneurship.
